30-Day Money-back Hosting Guarantee
Our hosting plans have a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services or support within the first 30 days, you will be given a full refund. The following services do not qualify for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee: additional items and services and domain name registration.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only available in accordance with the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Refunds will be provided in the same payment method of the original payment. There are no refunds offered or promised after 30 days.

Payments/Billing
Walker Web Services does not mail paper invoices or statements. All invoices are emailed as PDF attachments.

Overdue Payments
1) Hosting: When a hosting payment is past due, an invoice with a late fee of $5.00 (per month) will be emailed. If payment is not received 30 days after original due date, your web site (and associated email accounts) will be suspended until payment in full has been received (plus a $15 reactivation fee). It may take up to 24 hours to reactivate your web site.

2) Web Design: When a web site design payment is past due, an invoice with a late fee of $5.00 + 2.5% (per month) will be emailed. If payment is not received 30 days after original due date, your web site (and associated email accounts) will be suspended until payment in full has been received (plus a $15 reactivation fee). It may take up to 24 hours to reactivate your web site.

All past due and unpaid balances (including late fees) are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection including attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

Hosting Cancellations
Hosting plans will automatically renew until a plan is cancelled. Cancellation requests must be received by Walker Web Services a minimum of ten (10) days prior to the end of your Billing Cycle. Cancellations submitted later than this time may result in automatic renewal of your hosting plan. Cancellations become effective on the day processed by Walker Web Services. Walker Web Services is unable to cancel your account effective for a future date. Walker Web Services will confirm the cancellation request when it is processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact Walker Web Services as soon as possible.

Walker Web Services does not monitor, and will not automatically cancel, plans for problems related to domain name transfers, non-usage, Internic, your ISP, or any other secondary issues not directly related to Walker Web Services. Cancellation of services does not relieve the customer from paying any outstanding balance owed on the account.

Data Backup
If you are changing/updating content on your website yourself, you are solely and entirely responsible, and Walker Web Services is in NO way responsible, for the management and backup of all customer data, and all updates, upgrades, and patches to any software that customers use in connection with Walker Web Services hosting. This may include web page content, database content including ecommerce shopping carts, Wordpress sites, email lists, etc. Walker Web Services servers are also NOT to be used as a backup storage and is only intended for hosting web files.

Webmail Backup
Although we provide web-based email access upon request (at http://webmail.yourdomain.com), we do not provide data backup if there is the unlikely event of a catastrophic server failure. Our web-based email is designed to be used ONLY when you are away and don't have access to your computer.

Prohibited Activities
Actions which Walker Web Services considers inappropriate and grounds for suspension or termination of your account include, but are not limited to, the following:

a) Using your website to sell any goods or services that are unlawful in the location at which the content is posted or received or the goods or services delivered;

b) Using your website to post any content that is obscene, lewd, lascivious, pornographic, contains nudity or sexual acts, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;

c) Using your website to post any content that advocates, promotes or otherwise encourages violence against any governments, organizations, groups or individuals or which provides instruction, information, or assistance in causing or carrying out such violence;

d) Using your website to post any content that holds Walker Web Services up to public scorn or ridicule or would in anyway damage or impair Walker Web Services's reputation or goodwill;

e) Using your website to post any content that violates any copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of others;

f) Failing to obtain all required permissions when using your website to receive, upload, download, display, distribute, or execute programs or perform other works protected by intellectual property laws including copyright and patent laws;

g) Deleting or altering author attributes, copyright notices, or other copyright management information, unless expressly permitted in writing by the author or owner;

h) Using your website in a tortuous manner, including the posting of libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, harassing or private information without the permission of the person(s) involved, or posting content that is likely to cause emotional distress;

i) Introducing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code on the Internet; or

j) Any other act or omission that Walker Web Services in their sole discretion determines to be unacceptable, irrespective of whether such act is reasonable.
